Tim qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1993 and over the years has worked for large chartered surveying practices and an insurance company (Hunter & Partners, CBRE and Royal Insurance). More recently, as Director, Tim was responsible for the delivery of the Easter Group’s portfolio across the UK for nearly 15 years to November 2010 which comprised more than 7 million square feet.
