Chartered Building Surveyors

Tim qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1993 and over the years has worked for large chartered surveying practices and an insurance company (Hunter & Partners, CBRE and Royal Insurance). More recently, as Director, Tim had been responsible for all Building Surveying Consultancy relating to the Easter Group’s modern and secondary investment stock providing all Building Surveying advice. 

Cornice now acts for many Clients as well as is retained by Easter as consultants. Tim decided that as the market had shifted over the past few years it seemed sensible to put more time into his own independent project management and building surveying consultancy. 

Tim’s full understanding of the entire development process and all the parties involved has greatly informed Cornice with regard to understanding the drafting and content of legal property agreements such as Lease, Licenses to Alter etc. Cornice is now employed by Tenant’s, Banks and Funders to review and monitor their interest in a development, investment or letting project.
